Cancellation, Replacements, and Refund Policy
- Once confirmation of the transaction is sent via email by https://sunnetcts.com/ to the user orders cannot be canceled or goods returned.
- Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of https://sunnetcts.com/ within 2 days of the purchase.
- https://sunnetcts.com/ management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.
- Paid 'store pickup' orders which are not collected within 30 days will be canceled automatically and canceled items are subject to a cancellation/restocking fee equal to 20% of the sale value
- For items with expiry dates that are not collected within said thirty-day period, https://sunnetcts.com/ is entitled to dispose of such items at its sole discretion and no refunds will be made.
- Pay on pickup orders will be canceled automatically if the payment is not done within two (02) working days
(1) Returns Policy
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.
SUNNET-CTS, https://sunnetcts.com/ will process a refund based on the following:
- The item is faulty/damaged or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description as listed on the https://sunnetcts.com/ website
Please contact our Call Centre via e-mail or call within 03 working days of receipt of the product, and we will make arrangements to return the product to us, in order for our team to evaluate and process the replacement or a refund.
Note - In the event of a replacement, https://sunnetcts.com/ customer care team will coordinate with the relevant supplier/s for the replacement of faulty product/s. However, the timeline for the replacement may vary from supplier to supplier.
https://sunnetcts.com/ will work closely with each supplier to expedite the replacement.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- Item must be in the original packaging with tags intact in the same condition it was delivered in.
- Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed will not be accepted.
- This includes but is not limited to, original tags, warranty cards, accessories any free items.
- Items to be returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and the customer needs to ensure items are adequately packed to prevent any damages en route to us.
- Items damaged en route will not be accepted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of postage for parcels that contain items to be returned.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, https://sunnetcts.com/ reserves the right to send it back to you.
- If granted approval, https://sunnetcts.com/ will require a minimum of 03-07 working days to ready the replacement unit.
(2) Refund policy
The processing time for refunds via debit/credit card payments will be processed within 5-7-14-21 working days. However, orders placed via bank installment option/facility may take longer than 7-14 working days to process and can vary. This timeline is provided after taking into account the time taken by various banking institutions and their processes.
Note: Refunds for Change of mind will not be accepted. Products services under Flash, Quick deals are limited-time and limited-stock promotions that once ordered and paid are non-refundable.
The Voucher Codes on offer must be utilized (redeemed) during the promotion period/timeline of the Voucher Code. https://sunnetcts.com/ is not liable for failure to redeem the voucher.
- A full refund will only be provided in the event a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available.
- The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for the return of the item.
- All refunds will be processed within 03-05 working days.
- Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which https://sunnetcts.com/ will not be responsible.
In the event of a change of mind, the customer is only entitled to a credit note for the value of their purchase. SUNNET-CTS, https://sunnetcts.com/ will not be issuing refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
(3) Product Replacements
Any damages or product faults identified after delivery should be informed via an email within 24 hours of delivery to Our Store Support Email with order NO. (Customer must attach supportive photos).
- If a product issue is discovered after 07 days, Skyhsop.lk must be informed within the product’s warranty period to be eligible for replacement or repair.
- The product will be collected by our team within 03-07 working days and sent to the service center to identify the issue.
- The customer will be notified within 03 (Minimum) and Maximum of 21 working days whether they are eligible for repair or replacement.
- SUNNET-CTS, https://sunnetcts.com/ is not obligated to provide a new unit as a replacement unless there is an issue with the old unit or it can be repaired.
Cancellations of orders placed on SUNNET-CTS, https://sunnetcts.com/ are not allowed. However, the exceptions are:
- order can be canceled if the order has not yet been processed on the https://sunnetcts.com/ system and/or before midnight the same day of placing the order.
- Cancellations (for e.g. due to an error in a software application) may be effected via the Site provided that the product has not been processed on the https://sunnetcts.com/ system.
SUNNET-CTS, https://sunnetcts.com/ reserves the right, to retain any portion of fees retained by the bank Percentage of Bank Fee 1% to 7% or (if any) as a result of the cancellation.
